Paul Tonetti formed Shofar Ministries in 2006 in order to run a Christian Radio station in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala. In 2010 after Paul and Hilda were married we changed the name to Ministerio Casa Verde. Which literally means green house ministry as we were living in a green house at the time. Because Shofar Ministries was set up only to run the radio station, we had to split into two different organizations set up to co-exist in ministry.
